At Power ONE Management Systems, we care about the environment. We believe that every step we take to reduce paper waste and unnecessary transportation is crucial to the well being of our children.
Our team is environmentally conscious and takes every possible precaution to ensure they contribute to a cleaner, healthier and better milieu. We take environment issues seriously and adopted an E-Strategy to reduce waste – we called it Oxygen!
In the past year, Power ONE Management Systems has taken the following steps to a cleaner environment, maximizing on our Oxygen Strategy
· Replaced 100% of all paper invoices by E-Invoices.
· Reduced 100% of all internal office paper procedures by E-File sharing.
· Reduced by 56% all printed documents and maximized the use of E-File sharing.
· Replaced all printing paper by 100% recycled paper and all toners by environmental friendly refillable ink.
· Cancelled mailed Holiday cards and replaced them by E-Cards. All planned mailing expenses were donated to Tree Canada.
· Replaced 100% of all office lighting to energy saving bulbs.
· Replaced 86% of office equipment to meet Energy saving standards. We are committed to replacing the remaining equipment by end of March 2008.
· Minimized unnecessary vehicle travel to 57% and maximized E-Video conferences and file sharing tools.
Our Oxygen Strategy is directly linked to our way of being Sustainable. By adopting Oxygen, we commit to the following:

Our actions and continuous commitment to Oxygen has helped us reduce waste considerably, better contribute to our society, ensure a greener living-space for our children and most of all, we feel good that our actions are making a difference!
